Member Comments: From our first contact with Legacy at the Atlanta New Earth Festival thru their visits to our home for pricing, measuring and installation, it was a completely enjoyable experience. Mark Spencer was knowledgeable of the product and procedure and we never once felt pressured or uncomfortable in anyway with the company or people involved. The gentlemen who measured and installed the windows were professional and friendly. We never once felt uncomfortable having anyone from this company in our home. Everyone of them were courteous and even went so far as to remove their shoes at our front door. The installation went flawless and was completed in one day to our surprise and satisfaction. This is a great company who we would highly recommend for your door and window needs.

Member Comments: I met Mark at a festival, saw his product and was interested as I had been wanting to enclose our front porch for many years. I sent him pictures of the porch, he gave me a quote, explained how the conversion would be, as well as showing me what the windows and doors would look like and how they would work, making our porch weather-tight. The conversion itself took 2 days to complete as the installer was very precise and methodical. We are extremely pleased with the conversion. After we installed carpeting, added furniture, and decorations, my old, drab front porch is now a beautiful new room for us to enjoy all year around instead of just in the warmer months. I would highly recommend this company for porch conversions.

Description Of Work: Legacy replaced a door to my patio that has a full view window. They also had to replace some of the trim around the door.

My other door had a leaky glass and I wanted it replaced right away. They were very responsive and even cleaned up all the mess from the work being done. I couldn't be happier.

Member Comments: I met Mark Spencer at Home Show and liked his presentation. Checked around and received other estimates but was not impressed with their presentation. Legacy was not the cheapest but I decided to go with them. Mark's formal presentation at my home definately convinced me. James arrived on time and took all the measurements. Mark said the windows would arrive at their warehouse for inspection in about 4 weeks. They did and job was scheduled. James and John arrived on time and began removing old windows. All windows and patio doors were installed in one (1) day. They returned the following day and finished sealing inside and outside. They cleaned up the mess and left. All in all, a very painless process.

Description Of Work: Legacy Windows and Doors replaced a patio door for us.

Member Comments: We met Mark Spencer at the Indianapolis Home and Garden Show and told him about our situation where we needed to replace a door due to condensation between the glass. He told us about his product and agreed to come and check out our situation. He did so several weeks later, explained in detail what they would do and why we needed to go with a good quality door. He answered all our questions. The door was ordered and was delivered as promised. The entire process only took a few hours. We have been very pleased with the great improvement this has made. We thought Mark was always professional. He returned calls if he was unavailable to take a call and was great to work with!

Member Comments: The overall process went smooth. Mark, owner, provided a competitive estimate for the windows. He also provided references and other credentials to reaffirm the quality of the company's work. James, lead carpenter, came to the house a few days later to take exact measurements so the windows could be ordered. Approximately one week later, the windows had arrived and James and I scheduled an installation date. James had the windows installed in one day. As a side note, I thought I removed all the furniture, window coverings, and other items that would be a nuisance to the window installation. James went one step further in removing some fragile artwork from the walls and glass plates propped upon kitchen cabinets. I found that to be very thoughtful and considerate.
